Project scope: 10 week project / Designing a line of kitchen utensils for people with Arthritis.
People with arthritis should not have to choose between aesthetics and functionality.
“Often times, by the end of the day I can't cook food because my whole body is in pain and I drop my utensils.”
Gripping thin utensils is extremely difficult
Strap + Thick base increased comfort and reduced dropping.
Simple single finger design. Increases comfort, reduces drops.
